Responsibilities

• Be the technical owner for PeopleOS, designing and building features like the Offer Workflow Engine, Home Base portal, and automated tools
• Design, build, and maintain integrations across Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, Slack, and Google Workspace
• Integrate AI APIs (such as Anthropic Claude) to build intelligent internal tools including coaching agents and chatbots
• Document integration specifications, data mappings, and system configurations in Notion
• Participate in Jira sprint planning and deliver bi-weekly demos of working software to stakeholders
