Lead, Frontier Red Team (Cyber)

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Anthropic's overall defensive cybersecurity vision and design an AGI research program to secure the world.
• Hire, manage, and lead a world-class team of cybersecurity researchers and program managers.
• Work cross-functionally with Training, Safeguards, Product, and Policy teams to address critical safety opportunities and challenges.
• Identify and collaborate with field partners including maintainers, companies, and government entities on joint security initiatives.
• Translate highly technical cybersecurity findings into actionable demonstrations, publications, and artifacts for policymakers and the public.
