Data We Collect

We collect publicly available job listing data from job boards. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) from job postings. When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication and newsletter delivery.

How We Use Data

Job listing data is aggregated and anonymized to produce market intelligence: hiring velocity, salary percentiles, tech stack demand, and remote work ratios. Your account data is used solely for authentication and delivering newsletters.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use third-party services (Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for billing) which process data as described in their respective privacy policies.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how our site is used and to monitor performance. These tools are privacy-friendly: they do not use cookies, do not collect personal data, and do not track individual users across sites. All data is aggregated and anonymous.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
