Data We Collect

We collect publicly available job listing data from job boards. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) from job postings. When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication and newsletter delivery.

How We Use Data

Job listing data is aggregated and anonymized to produce market intelligence: hiring velocity, salary percentiles, tech stack demand, and remote work ratios. Your account data is used solely for authentication and delivering newsletters.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use third-party services (Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for billing, and PostHog for product analytics) which process data as described in their respective privacy policies.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate, anonymous, cookieless measurement of traffic and performance.

We also use PostHog for product analytics, to understand how features are used so we can improve them. PostHog records page views and interactions (such as clicks and feature usage) and, for signed-in subscribers, associates that activity with your account using your subscriber ID, email, and plan. PostHog data is processed in the United States and is not sold or used for advertising. This includes session replay, which records on-page interactions (clicks, navigation, scrolling) to help us diagnose usability issues; all form inputs are masked, so we never capture what you type into fields such as email or payment forms. You can opt out at any time on our cookie controls page.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We also use first-party analytics cookies (set by PostHog) to measure product usage as described above. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and we do not sell cookie data. You can clear analytics cookies and opt out of analytics on our cookie controls page.
