Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for the Claims Engine, building an intelligent, scalable platform that handles claims submission, reconciliation, APIs, automations, and core data models.
• Design and evolve Grow’s revenue cycle system, from claim creation through adjudication and payment reconciliation.
• Identify opportunities to use automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve accuracy, reduce manual work, and scale collections intelligently.
• Dive deep into the claims lifecycle to uncover gaps, data inconsistencies, and inefficiencies — and turn those insights into meaningful product improvements.
• Partner closely with engineering, revenue cycle, finance, and other product teams to ensure we’re meeting both user and business goals.
