Senior Product Manager, Revenue Systems

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the product strategy and roadmap for Toast’s revenue systems, focusing on revenue recognition, close-supporting workflows, and financial readiness at scale.
• Partner closely with Finance, Business, and Engineering to design solutions that improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and strengthen auditability across the revenue lifecycle.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product requirements, success metrics, and phased delivery plans, including build-versus-buy decisions.
• Ensure systems and workflows support ASC 606 / IFRS 15 compliance, revenue allocations, performance obligation treatment, deferred revenue handling, and downstream reporting needs.
• Drive scalable solutions for new products, pricing models, entities, and revenue flows entering the Toast ecosystem, improving accuracy, auditability, and resilience of revenue data and workflows.
