- Coordinate with the team manager on technical designs and technology decisions, and manage dependencies with multiple teams.
- Ensure good code quality through rigorous code reviews and maintaining good code coverage on tests.
- Work with the team manager to develop a comprehensive testing pyramid.
- Mentor engineers to help them level up their skills.
