Responsibilities

  • Own the electrical architecture for imaging payloads, defining power, sensor, data, and interface electronics and driving trade-off decisions.
  • Lead the design, layout, bring-up, and qualification of PCBAs spanning analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics.
  • Translate sensor and system performance models into electrical requirements.
  • Design for the space environment, managing radiation, thermal, vacuum, vibration, and EMI/EMC analysis and testing.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, and anchor design reviews for the electronics scope.
