Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Java Enterprise Edition (EE) technologies for a federal tax processing environment.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles, Java Design Patterns, and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using Java Server Faces / PrimeFaces or REACT and deploy applications on Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform.
• Build, automate, and manage code using Jenkins/Hudson, Apache Ant, Maven, and GitHub; perform source code analysis and application monitoring.
• Support Agile development practices, produce Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC) documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
