Responsibilities

• Own design and architecture across the FCM core, including market data, order routing, settlement, reporting, and risk.
• Drive next-generation replatforming efforts, reducing legacy vendor dependencies and raising system stability.
• Set the technical bar through coding, design reviews, and engineering standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Ops, Finance, and Compliance to deliver correct and auditable systems.
• Mentor and act as a force multiplier for engineers across the team.
