• Provide technical guidance through PRs, architecture, and design document reviews, offering coaching and feedback.
• Drive performance management, identifying and addressing issues proactively with actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
• Mentor engineers to foster a growth mindset and create personalized development plans, helping them realize their full potential.
