• Translate customer system requirements into software architecture and design specifications.
• Advise customers on effective and creative solutions using Esri technology and content to improve decision-making.
• Act as a mentor to colleagues and lead implementation processes through coaching, budget/portfolio review, risk management, and personnel management.
