Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Box AI LLM model lifecycle, including continuous integration, rigorous evaluation, performance tuning, and iterative optimization.
- Define best practices for proactive monitoring, dynamic updates, and governance to deliver secure, compliant, and high-impact AI solutions.
- Define and own a technically complex product area, balancing the needs of internal stakeholders, enterprise customers, and the rapidly evolving field of AI-driven content management.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from identifying business problems to building AI-driven solutions, executing product roadmaps, and driving iteration based on user feedback and data.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and machine learning teams to design, build, and deploy AI models for large-scale content workflows and automation.
