Responsibilities

• Define and implement Hebbia’s core product metrics (active users, engagement, retention, feature adoption, account health) from scratch.
• Design and build the product analytics infrastructure, including fact tables, clean data models, and the analytics layer.
• Build and maintain executive and product dashboards for leadership and product teams.
• Write DAGs, transforms, and data pipelines, working with engineering to instrument product usage data correctly.
• Analyze customer behavior across B2B customer base to inform the product roadmap, identify friction, and surface opportunities for improvement.
