Manager, Software Engineering - Mobile Platform

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve cross-platform strategy for mobile development, including Native, React Native, and Compose/KMP.
• Lead customer-facing feature development, ensuring high product velocity, quality, and intuitive user experiences.
• Manage a team of 13-14 mobile engineers across two pods, focusing on hiring, retention, and talent development.
• Establish and monitor measurable KPIs such as build time, CI stability, crash-free rate, app startup latency, and feature cycle time.
• Drive architectural simplification, reduce technical fragmentation, and ensure mobile scalability for IoT-heavy, real-time use cases.
