- Design experiments and estimate causal impact for growth and marketing initiatives
- Turn data results into business decisions that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue
- Partner with marketing, growth, and commercial stakeholders to evaluate campaign and channel performance
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to build robust analytical workflows
- Communicate complex statistical findings to non-technical business audiences
