Responsibilities
- Write production code across the full stack including backend, frontend, data models, hardware integrations, and infrastructure.
- Set the engineering standard for frontend architecture, design systems, TypeScript conventions, and codebase patterns.
- Deploy on-site with manufacturing and design partners to sequence software changes with operational changes.
- Translate unstructured observations on the factory floor into concrete software requirements and features.
- Own end-to-end operational and financial outcomes gained by the partner rather than just deliverables shipped.
