Responsibilities

• Own Hightouch's application security posture end-to-end, defining the function from the ground up as the first dedicated security hire.
• Implement multi-tenant isolation and sub-tenant access control for systems handling ~1M data syncs/day and 100K+ events/sec.
• Design and refine security architecture, including frameworks for compute isolation and threat modeling for new products.
• Improve security for internet-facing, high-throughput APIs, focusing on rate limiting, abuse detection, and granular access control.
• Extend and secure the multi-region and multi-cloud backend to support data residency requirements for a global customer base.
