Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize pricing engines, payout structures, and edge calculations for Triumph's revenue, owning pack economics and rarity calibration.
- Build models to map the full player lifecycle (acquisition, activation, engagement, monetization, churn risk) and design interventions to improve retention and LTV.
- Design and analyze rigorous A/B tests and other experiments, owning the measurement framework for product effectiveness.
- Develop ML and statistical models on high-frequency user behavior data to inform product decisions and real-time production systems.
- Partner with engineering, product, and leadership to translate model outputs into shipped features and strategic decisions, driving high-leverage quantitative problems to production impact.

Requirements
Required: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject (math, physics, computer science, statistics, economics, or related discipline)
