Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of core decision-making and autonomy software for autonomous underwater vehicles.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on contributions across software development, establishing and executing a long-term software roadmap.
  • Manage and develop a small team (3-4 employees), setting priorities, delegating work, and providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Act as the technical owner for an entire mission system, including customer engagement, requirements definition, roadmap management, and team coordination.
  • Organize integration events, scoping key deliverables and impact to broader program, and owning customer success through system design and delivery.
