Responsibilities
- Establish a framework for concurrent development of new materials and processes in parallel with system design from technology readiness level 1 through 7.
- Maintain a materials and processes development road map for the upcoming 5 years.
- Collaborate with various teams to prioritize technology development projects that reduce time to full rate production and profitability.
- Lead materials and/or process development projects from conception through technology readiness level 7.
- Mentor team members and foster extreme ownership among the team.

Requirements
Required: Bachelor’s degree in materials engineering or another engineering field
