Responsibilities
- Lead internal project teams and contractors through the full mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance process.
- Provide technical engineering support to ensure all construction and maintenance work complies with codes, standards, and specifications.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upgrades for HVAC, electrical, cranes, and facility systems to maintain high uptime and reliability.
- Manage the capital expenditure process, including reviews, approvals, and execution of site projects to meet technical requirements, budgets, and deadlines.
- Support onboarding and commissioning of new equipment while implementing reliability programs to reduce downtime before equipment enters production.
