Responsibilities

• Initiate technical strategies and ideas, leading the Code Gen team in designing, building, and optimizing code transformation workflow and tools.
• Work on critical components to ensure the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of services, crafting sophisticated orchestration layers and high-performance data systems.
• Partner with product managers, AI researchers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Drive the architectural vision and technical strategy for code generation tools, leveraging GenAI to build reliable and scalable building blocks.
• Define and champion engineering best practices, patterns, and standards across multiple teams, acting as a hands-on leader and contributing core code.
