- Build and deploy agents that automate high-volume People and Operations workflows such as approvals, reporting, intake, and reconciliation.
- Automate screening, scheduling, and pipeline workflows for recruiting, and build AI-powered insights for recruiting metrics.
- Create lightweight internal applications to replace manual spreadsheet and email-based processes.
- Establish guardrails and review loops to ensure automated decisions are auditable and compliant.
