Responsibilities

Define and implement reproducible technical protocols for oligonucleotide conjugates development.
Develop conjugation strategies (cysteine, lysine, glycan, site-specific) for stable oligonucleotide conjugates.
Design and incorporate linker chemistries to optimize PKPD properties for oligonucleotide conjugates.
Assist in internal lab build, procuring and utilizing equipment for conjugation and purification.
Work with analytical scientists to develop methods (HPLC, MS) for oligonucleotide conjugate characterization.
