- Define and implement reproducible technical protocols for oligonucleotide conjugates development.
- Develop conjugation strategies (cysteine, lysine, glycan, site-specific) for stable oligonucleotide conjugates.
- Design and incorporate linker chemistries to optimize PKPD properties for oligonucleotide conjugates.
- Assist in internal lab build, procuring and utilizing equipment for conjugation and purification.
- Work with analytical scientists to develop methods (HPLC, MS) for oligonucleotide conjugate characterization.
