Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of Nubank’s Mobile Platform, the foundational system underpinning the Nubank app.
- Own multi-year, high-visibility initiatives such as Mobile Destination Architecture, native code deprecation, and app startup refactor.
- Drive platform engineering at scale, defining canonical patterns, RFCs, and reference implementations, and creating reusable tools/libraries.
- Lead through influence, aligning PMs, EMs, Staff/Principal engineers, and leadership on technical trade-offs.
- Invest heavily in technical leadership and mentorship, raising the bar for senior engineers across Mobile Platforms and product BUs.
