Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of the Signals platform, including architecture, system design, and engineering standards.
• Lead a team of engineers and QA, setting priorities, unblocking work, conducting code reviews, and driving execution.
• Remain hands-on, writing code, shipping features, and debugging production issues alongside the team.
• Collaborate with product, data, revenue, and customers to translate business problems into a technical roadmap.
• Take ownership of production reliability, ensuring quick fixes and preventing recurrence of issues.
