Responsibilities
- Build and improve AI/ML components powering autonomous enterprise workflows.
- Work with LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, classifiers, ranking systems, and agentic workflow architectures.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for agent performance, accuracy, reliability, latency, and failure modes.
- Prototype new AI capabilities and productionize those creating customer value.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into end-to-end workflows.
