• Design the enterprise-grade, multi-layer LCNC architecture for Army financial integration.
• Establish controlled integration environments, source connectivity, and export pathways for SAP and external reporting destinations.
• Define and validate authentication, authorization, role-based access, and comprehensive audit logging requirements across all workflows.
