- Dive into scaling problems, add new capabilities to the platform, and consider how the entire team interacts with infrastructure.
- Optimize the homegrown ultra-dynamic recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler and create tools to help developers.
- Create automated guardrails for the security and privacy of customer data.
- Help developers ship features fast through canary deploys, gradual rollouts, and feature flags, while reducing downtime.
- Work with the business and engineering team to define SLOs and implement corresponding SLIs.
