Responsibilities
- Build and configure within enterprise platforms including fields, flows, permissions, reports, and dashboards
- Write and test automations, scripts, or Apex/declarative logic to streamline manual processes
- Support integration work and help document, test, and validate data and APIs between systems
- Help maintain operational documentation including runbooks, technical specifications, and on-call response materials
- Assist with system monitoring and uptime health reporting across the SaaS portfolio
