Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineers and designers to build and maintain the Mana design system, including design tokens, components, and code patterns.
• Author accessible components compatible across iOS, Android, desktop, and web platforms.
• Develop internal tools such as Figma plugins, codemods, and lint rules to enhance design system utilization.
• Provide guidance to product teams on effective use of design system components and tools through pairing and documentation.
• Create interactive prototypes and use user research and data to inform work and inspire next-generation product primitives.
