Responsibilities

Work closely with engineers and designers to build and maintain the Mana design system, including design tokens, components, and code patterns.
Author accessible components compatible across iOS, Android, desktop, and web platforms.
Develop internal tools such as Figma plugins, codemods, and lint rules to enhance design system utilization.
Provide guidance to product teams on effective use of design system components and tools through pairing and documentation.
Create interactive prototypes and use user research and data to inform work and inspire next-generation product primitives.
