Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for remote maritime autonomy deployments, including troubleshooting issues with onboard systems (ROS, networking, system processes, payloads, etc.).
- Monitor live missions and logs, and respond to anomalous behavior during operations—occasionally during off-hours or weekends due to global mission schedules.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and field operators to collect diagnostic data and recommend resolutions.
- Work with tools such as Linux terminal, Balena, ROS, and Docker to diagnose and resolve system-level issues.
- Contribute to improving internal tools, automation, and documentation for faster turnaround and smoother deployments.
