Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end major, incremental, and hotfix autonomy releases, including branching, versioning, and release cut processes.
  • Drive release readiness and go/no-go decisions, partnering cross-functionally with Autonomy, Infra, Validation, and Fleet Ops.
  • Investigate and resolve complex system-level issues across software/hardware interactions, distributed systems, and on-vehicle vs. simulation discrepancies.
  • Develop deep understanding of the sensor stack, middleware, autonomy stack, compute platforms, networking, and configurations.
  • Ensure safety-critical issues are identified, tracked, and gated, and collaborate to lead system-wide improvements without direct management authority.
