Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and product delivery for bank feeds and bank reconciliation products, providing oversight across the portfolio.
- Advance and evolve portfolio strategy with the leadership team and regional Go-to-market Managing Directors, regularly reviewing and updating it.
- Be accountable for the commercial success of products, defining and communicating data-informed roadmaps with clear objectives and KPIs.
- Lead a large multidisciplinary and cross-functional team, providing people leadership, coaching, and career development to product leaders and their teams.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, data, and research teams to transform product ideas into launches and uncover customer needs.
