Responsibilities

• Build distributed systems, internal tooling and automation, including AI-assisted workflows for diagnosis, testing, and operational analysis.
• Improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of core money movement and ledger-adjacent systems.
• Find and fix structural weaknesses in architecture and operations to reduce incidents, manual toil, and on-call burden.
• Raise the bar on observability and operational excellence through better dashboards, alerting, runbooks, and incident follow-through.
• Partner across Credit Card & Banking to shape technical designs, harden service boundaries, and deliver safe, high-quality launches.
