• Build the reporting infrastructure, analytical frameworks, and insights delivery to turn raw data into actionable decisions.
• Act as the go-to analytical partner for internal commercial leadership and the single point of accountability for external partner reporting.
• Develop and maintain partner-level insights and dashboards to provide timely and accurate visibility into business performance.
• Run recurring analytical programs including retention, cohort analysis, and pipeline health tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to close reporting gaps and scale self-service tools for the organization.
