Responsibilities

• Support and execute functional safety analyses (e.g., HARA) for base vehicle programs to identify hazards and safety goals
• Support supplier and OEM safety management activities, including reviewing safety work products and DIA compliance
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering and HW Engineering to define safety interfaces between the ADS and the vehicle platform
• Participate in cross-functional design reviews as a safety representative to ensure safety goals and requirements are met
• Guide regulatory teams through their vehicle platform certification efforts
