Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the stage-gate path from exclusivity and commercial terms through desktop and confirmatory diligence to handoff for design and construction.
• Validate power pathways, service options, interconnection sequencing, and readiness assumptions with utilities and partners.
• Translate power, civil, land, and environmental constraints into a building-level deployment plan with clear sequencing.
• Maintain the integrated development schedule, budget implications, dependency tracker, risk register, and mitigation plans.
• Scope and manage diligence vendors and consultants to align outputs with project schedules, costs, and risk criteria.
