Responsibilities

• Own the customer security review process end-to-end, including infosec questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and security addenda.
• Automate the questionnaire turnaround process using answer libraries, evidence repositories, and AI tooling.
• Become the internal expert on global AI risk, regulations, and biometric laws (e.g., EU AI Act, NYC LL144, GDPR).
• Manage company compliance, SOC 2 audits, penetration tests, and drive the roadmap for certifications like ISO 27001 and ISO 42001.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to implement technical controls, vulnerability triage, incident response, and security-by-design for new features.
