Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable distributed configuration and feature-flag infrastructure with low-latency evaluation.
• Develop automated validation, progressive rollouts, and health-based guardrails to ensure safe system changes.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to build assignment, exposure tracking, and experimentation infrastructure.
• Embed AI-first capabilities into the platform for configuration discovery, risk assessment, and rollout planning.
• Write production code, lead technical initiatives, translate ambiguous needs into designs, and mentor engineers.
