Responsibilities

• Diagnose and prioritize impactful foundational investments across the Super Agent backend, owning complex cross-cutting system problems.
• Architect and implement powerful integrations between the core platform and Salesforce ecosystem products like Mulesoft and Flow.
• Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable, efficient, and reliable data export pipelines, integrating internal data sources with Salesforce Data Cloud/Informatica.
• Architect, design, and deliver high-quality, scalable code for complex data integration and platform features, driving technical decision-making and project execution.
• Set the technical direction and standards for data integration, ETL processes, and backend architecture, identifying and mitigating architectural risks.
