- Optimize the homegrown recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler and create developer tools to enhance it.
- Implement automated guardrails for the security and privacy of customer data.
- Enable fast feature shipping through canary deploys, gradual rollouts, and feature flags while managing complexity and reducing downtime.
- Define SLOs and implement corresponding SLIs in collaboration with business and engineering teams.
- Implement infrastructure for an event-driven architecture and data warehouse.
