Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the worker onboarding workflow from sign-up through profile completion.
• Implement and manage documentation requirements for facilities, including state-regulated tuberculosis test results, background checks, and nursing licenses.
• Build and maintain the supporting infrastructure to parse, extract, and validate information from worker documents.
• Work across the full stack, including backend systems (Node/NestJS, MongoDB, Postgres) and mobile application changes (React with Ionic).
• Address substantive technical challenges such as credential validation, compliance logic, and document processing at scale.
