Responsibilities
- Support the Delivery Management team in analysing, automating, and improving delivery workflows across QA, Engineering, and Product pipelines.
- Work with data from tools such as Jira, TestRail, and internal dashboards to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Explore and apply AI and automation tools to address real operational challenges within the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to the development of metrics, reporting frameworks, and dashboards that provide visibility into delivery health and quality.
- Own a real problem by figuring out how AI can make an internal workflow faster or smarter, driving the solution.
