Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture vision across front end, back end, data pipelines, and AI agent harness, ensuring coherence and cohesiveness.
• Establish architectural patterns, standards, and shared enablers (libraries, services, conventions) to break down silos and enable consistent team building.
• Work hands-on with front-end and back-end teams, contributing code, reviews, and design leadership.
• Drive sound distributed systems and event-driven design, prioritizing reliability, observability, and security.
• Architect the AI agent harness to interact with sensitive data (PHI) in a governed, auditable, and HIPAA-compliant manner.
