Senior Technical Account Manager, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted technical advisor for assigned enterprise customers, building relationships with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular technical health checks, system reviews, and deployment assessments to identify risks and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, performing advanced troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and integrations.
• Travel onsite for hardware diagnostics and replacement, network and infrastructure troubleshooting, and deployment recovery.
• Manage multiple customer engagements, balancing proactive work, reactive support, and internal initiatives while documenting issues and contributing to process improvements.
