Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and prioritize research needs for the Product organization in partnership with design, engineering and marketing.
• Own the end-to-end research process for Attain’s suite of consumer apps, including recruiting, conducting, collecting, synthesizing and reporting; use generative and evaluative methodologies.
• Prioritize speed-to-insight over perfection, delivering actionable insights on timelines that align with product development cycles.
• Analyze user behaviors and insights to compile and present concise and actionable recommendations based on findings.
• Propose and advocate for new areas of research that align with business goals and user needs.
