• Design, build, and ship production software to accelerate drug development, including internal tools, user-facing products, and platform capabilities.
• Utilize AI tools like LLMs, agentic coding systems, and retrieval-augmented pipelines as a core part of the workflow.
• Understand clinical, regulatory, or operational problems to make informed product decisions and build for composability with clean APIs and structured schemas.
• Review and enable code contributions from non-engineers, ensuring quality, security, and maintainability.
• Proactively create automated tools (e.g., security scanners, agents) to raise technical quality across the organization without hindering speed, and prototype rapidly.
