Responsibilities
- Provide support for on-going projects that require the installation, testing, and implementation of new operating systems and other 'system' software.
- Perform maintenance and debugging of systems software.
- Coordinate with other technical teams (CICS, Database, Network, Hardware/Storage, etc) in accomplishing assigned tasks.
- Research and evaluate new software and hardware products.
- Monitor and tune systems software, possessing functional knowledge of z/OS components and detailed knowledge of support products.
