Mainframe Hardware Configuration Hcd Iogen Iocp Z/Os Tape

Responsibilities

Configure mainframe hardware equipment like HCD, IOGEN, and IOCP.
Act as the point person for configuring client environments in Ensono data centers during new client migrations.
Serve as an escalation point for mainframe hardware issues, including failed Tape Drives, offline devices, and Call Home.
Coordinate and apply hardware MES's and upgrade existing client hardware such as Mainframe CPU’s, DASD, and Tape.
Define mainframe equipment connections to Mainframe CPU and support existing mainframe equipment functionality, break/fix, and upgrades.
